Samsung has brought its latest gaming monitor with a 27-inch, 240Hz G-SYNC compatible curved LCD promising silky-smooth game-play. The Samsung CRG5 trades resolution for refresh rates: while it tops out at 1920 x 1080 pixels, rather than hitting 4K. It is the rate at which it can keep those pixels updated is much faster than the average monitor.
Samsung use a GTX 10-series or RTX 20-series Nvidia graphics card. So, the monitor can eliminate screen tearing and display smoother, higher-fidelity visuals.

As the gaming monitor race is on, Samsung has jumped in to it. The CRG5 features a curved, 27-inch 1,920 x 1,080 VA panel with wide viewing angles. The Samsung gaming monitor has a 240Hz refresh rate, and a 4ms response time.
Meanwhile, if you want a 1440p monitor and are all right with abandoning the CRG5’s slim-bezeled design and 240Hz refresh rate, the Acer XZ321Q features a curved 32-inch 1440p VA panel with 144Hz refresh rate and 1ms response time. It currently costs $489, but its bigger screen and higher resolution make it a much better value.
While talking about other aspects, the panel mates G-Sync with a 240Hz refresh rate to deliver tear-free visuals as long as you have a GeForce GPU under the hood. There’s a low-latency mode and a reasonably quick 4ms gray-to-gray pixel response time, too, so it could be a solid pick even if you prefer Radeons.
Other than this, The CRG5 is a curved, 1080p display with a VA a contrast ratio and fairly standard ports. It also has two HDMI connectors, DisplayPort and USB-A. This is all about gaming performance and everything else is secondary.
